“Where children play, learn and grow together”

Welcome to Tiny Tows Charity Run Pre- School. We are run by a Voluntary Management Committee primarily made up of Parents. We are based in a residential area on the site of Towcester C of E primary school in the small town community of Towcester. We have strong links with Towcester C of E Primary School, especially the foundation stage which helps the children have a smoother transition to school. Due to the close proximity, we also have strong links with the local Sure Start Centre and encourage parents to register with them. We operate from two separate rooms, the caterpillar room which is primarily aimed at 2-3 year olds, this is a quieter room to enable the children to settle in and develop their confidence and social skills. The children will progress from the caterpillar room to the butterfly room from around the age of three or when it is felt they are ready. In the butterfly room they will build upon the skills already gained and further develop and prepare for the next transition to school. Both rooms also share an area to have snack and lunch club as well as group activities such as cooking and messy play.  We have the use of our own enclosed and secure outside area which allows time each day to access outside play.
